Metallized film

Metallized film is produced by depositing a layer of vaporized aluminum onto a base film. In this process, aluminum metal is vaporized under high vacuum conditions and condensed onto the film's surface. The result is an extremely thin metallic layer, approximately 0.02 microns thick.

Transparent Film

Transparent film is a type of film that allows almost all incident light to pass through it, resulting in high clarity and transparency. It is primarily used as a printable film and is also commonly employed as a lamination film. Consequently, its usage is highest in the printing and packaging industries for food, consumer goods, and hygiene products.

Pearlized film

Pearlescent film is created by adding a pearlescent masterbatch during production. The pearlescent effect occurs due to microscopic air bubbles that form around calcium carbonate particles. During the longitudinal and transverse stretching process (biaxial orientation), these bubbles expand, causing light to scatter and reflect in a way that produces an iridescent, pearl-like shine.

Matte film

A matte film is fundamentally a type of transparent film. However, due to the internal composition of its matte masterbatch, its surface exhibits a paper-like or frosted glass appearance and does not reflect all incident light. It is used solely on the outer layer of packaging to provide a natural aesthetic.
